The BMC has been taking care of Melbourne and Greater Victoria’s building and maintenance requirements for over 40 years. We specialise in commercial maintenance, with a particular focus on maintaining Victorian government properties used for environmental management. The BMC uses ASSA to maintain workplace health and safety compliance – especially important when we work on heritage listed buildings.

We’ll use this blog to highlight some of our interesting work and the amazing work sites we visit – from the Victorian high country, state and national parks, as well as commercial and residential sites around metro Melbourne !
